Civil Engineering
Our Civil Engineering services include subdivision and site planning, roadway and parking lot configuration, culinary water, secondary water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain system design, together with site grading analysis and design for commercial, single family, and multi-family residential developments.
Land Surveying
Our Land Surveying services include property boundary, topographic, and utility surveys, subdivision design and parcel boundary line adjustment surveys, water right surveys, easement surveys, legal description analysis and preparation, subdivision planning, layout, design, and plat preparation, and associated staking and monumentation, together with ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys.
Construction Staking
Our Construction Staking services typically focus on commercial and residential infrastructure, such as concrete flat work, concrete curb & gutter, buildings and building additions, sanitary sewer, storm drain, culinary water, and secondary water systems, We have also provided staking for a varying array of less common projects such as ski lakes, long irrigation canals, large sewer trunk lines, sewer lift stations, multi-story story apartment buildings, large warehouse facilities, and schools.
Structural Engineering
Our Structural Engineering services include commercial and residential structural design using concrete, steel, masonry, and wood products. Our Structural Engineering undertakings are typically tangential to our Civil Engineering projects. We have a demonstrated capability of taking on and completing moderate structural engineering projects.
